Supplies for Ukraine
Supplies are donated or purchased from Romania, loaded in cargo vans and driven across the border where they are unloaded at churches/organizations that distribute based on needs.
Previous Project
Missionary trip to Romania/Ukraine
Project Objectives: I am in Romania from March 1 - 21st. I am working with a number of humanitarian organizations in setting up a network of connections in order to facilitate transportation of goods into Ukraine. I have followed the path of goods: from purchase/donation, to packaging, loading, driving, border crossing and delivering. At this point, I’m working with various organizers in Romania to ensure this process is as quick and simple as possible in order to maximize amount of product delivered.
I am also working alongside my parents who are missionaries in Romania in finding refugees shelter. After we make deliveries to Ukraine, we have space in our vehicles to bring back a number of refugees. They need temporary/mid-term/long-term housing solutions. I am working within two towns, Suceava and Alba Iulia, to make this happen and ensure that they have the food/supplies to get by.
